Christianity & Biology

Here is a real treat for all my readers: Dr. Dennis Venema, Assistant Professor of Biology at TWU, has made some of his lectures available to the public through my website.  These are from his Introductory Biology course for Non-Majors, which ensures the content will be easily digestible for laypersons.  For those of you who would like to dig deeper into the biological evidence for evolution, and see exactly why young-earth creationism fails to qualify as science, these lectures are for you!

Below is a link to the videos.  Note: these are much larger than my other videos.  As a result, you might have to play with the sliders on your browser to get the entire image on your screen.  Part I is posted as of 1/29/09 — Part II will go up that night or the next day.  Check back later for the rest of the series.

That presentation seemed fairly presented. He did a good job of accurately presenting the YEC view without being derogatory. I’d be nice to see more of these. Thanks for posting these videos.
