Right on Schedule
Well, it’s August 30th and Beyond the Firmamentis actually starting to ship. I got my copies yesterday. If you haven’t pre-ordered your copy yet, now is the time!
I’m posting this in the “book discussion” category rather than the “news and events” category to remind folks who read the book and have questions that the primary purpose of this blog is to generate discussion about the book or any of the various controversies related to creation, natural history, and Biblical wisdom. The best way to submit your comments or questions is to go to the “Submit Comments” page. You don’t even need to register on the site. Just type in your question or comments and hit send and I’ll generate a post that begins the discussion (notice I didn’t say I would “answer” your question - because not all questions related to science and faith will have satisfying answers this side of eternity).
Since BTF is a book written by a “regular Christian” to other “regular Christians” - as opposed to something written from one academic to others - I welcome book reviews from other laypersons who, like me, also wrestle with these kinds of ultimate questions (and aren’t always satisfied with the sometimes lofty answers from the experts). So if you found the book helpful and would like to say something positive about it, let me know and I’ll post it up on my “book reviews” page.
That’s all for now. I hope you find BTF both challenging and rewarding!
